第14回サイバーフォーミュラWGPX。その最終戦でハヤトの指示にアスラーダが異を唱えたのが発端となり、違うマシンに興味を抱いたハヤトは新シャーシの完成を待つこともなくガーランドで15回大会に挑む決意をする。 15回大会は開幕から大波乱を巻き起こした。新条を解雇し今日子を副社長に格下げしたアオイが、新オーナーに名雲京志郎を、新ドライバーにフィル・フリッツを起用。そして謎のニューマシン『アルザード』で超人的なタイムを叩き出したのだ。その速さに焦りを感じるライバルチームをよそに、次々と優勝をさらうアルザード。 誰も寄せ付けないその驚異のスペックに、ハヤトさえまともに勝負できず自暴自棄になる。しかしアメリカでストックカーをしていた新条の言葉に目を覚まされ、謙虚にアルザードに挑もうと決意した。。When a casino owning dog named Charlie is murdered by his rival Carface, he finds himself in Heaven basically by default since all dogs go to heaven. However, since he wants to get back at his killer, he cons his way back to the living with the warning that doing that damns him to Hell. Once back, he teams with his old partner, Itchy to prep his retaliation. He also stumbles on to an orphan girl who can talk to the animals, thus allowing him to get the inside info on the races to ensure his wins。
