东京飞马书房吉祥寺分店，担任副店长的西岗理子（稻森泉 饰）拥有卓越的指挥能力。多年来店员们对她无比依赖，大小事务全由理子裁决定夺。不知不觉间，店员们已经习惯了这种按部就班无需彰显个性的工作，直到某一天一位新店员的到来，令吉祥寺分店的气氛为之一变。来者名叫北村亚纪（渡边麻友 饰），是一个饮食无忧不折不扣的富二代。她对书籍有着难以比拟的热爱，加上大小姐的身份和性格，所以不由分说将许多自己的想法带入到工作中来，也由此和理子发生着碰撞。经过一系列事件，她们似乎能够了解彼此的真意，不过书店女孩的生活和战斗才刚刚开始…… 本片根据碧野圭的原作改编。。Andrey, the coach of the Severe Tigers children's hockey team in a small provincial town, gives his all to his pupils.
